Cut the pumpkin peel, cut it into small pieces, steamed until rotten, and then mashed.

Add 30g sugar powder, 100g milk, stir, add flour, stir well.

Fill the mould or electric rice cooker and ferment for 20 minutes. The fermentation must be in place.

Add dates and raisins according to your preferences. Steam for about 40 minutes
