Peel the prawns and remove the shrimp thread.
Chop carrots, scallions and green peppers and set aside.
Put salt, pepper and cooking wine into prawns. Stir and set aside.
Make sauce in a bowl.
In a preheated pan, add olive oil and stir-fry garlic.
Stir-fry garlic and add the prepared vegetables. Stir-fry again.
Stir-fry the vegetables and add the shrimps.
Add the prepared sauce (accessories), stir-fry until the sauce is collected, and finish.
