Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage and Chili

 "My mother used to pickle a large pot of pickles in winter. My mother used pickled pickles to make all kinds of home dishes. Sauerkraut fish, sauerkraut stewed ribs, fried meat and fried tofu are all my favorites. Making sauerkraut fish with sauerkraut at home is my mother's sauerkraut fish. Just fry a fish in the pan and cook it in soy sauce. It's such a simple food that we feel the best in the world.
