Prepare the ingredients.
Steam pumpkin, carrot and purple potato in a pot.
After steaming, it is crushed into mud.

After fermentation, take out the exhaust gas and knead them into 6 inch round sheets.
After rolling, it is put into the mould and fermented again to twice the size.
