Chop onions, carrots and ham, remove moisture from canned corn, and set aside.

Pour a small amount of cooking oil into a pan, stir-fry onions, carrots and ham.

Mash the peeled potatoes and add onions, carrots, ham, corn, salt and pepper.

After dough into fist size, pour in bread flour mixed with egg juice and parsley powder, and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
